Processing time

Our pre made items are processed within 2 business days. Please allow up to 14 working days for your made to order item to be created.

Confirmation Email​

Once you make a purchase you'll receive an order confirmation email, this is also your digital receipt. Please note we don't include purchase notes or receipts within your package. 

Shipping

When your item has been processed you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number where applicable. Please allow 2-3 working days for your item to arrive. All items are sent using a tracked service and proof of delivery. Delivery services operate Monday to Saturday. This excludes public & bank holidays.
