To start the refund process send an email to sales@shernaturel.com. Be sure to include your

1. Name
2. Order Number
3. Product Name
4. Reason for the return

Once we’ve reviewed your returns request you will receive a confirmation email along with our returns address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, we encourage you to use a trackable service.

When the goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the money to appear in your account.

We will only accept a return if the goods are new and unused. Any instance where the goods have been used, worn, washed or from a smokey or damp environment this will result in the refund been declined. We reserve the right to reduce or decline all refunds.
